EQUINOX HOTELS | DUVET COVER

I had purchased a set of sheets for my daughter and had slept in her bed and thought the sheets were great, much like the ones we experienced at the hotel. The set I ordered for myself doesn’t feel anything like her sheets or the hotel sheets. It’s hard to believe the ones I received are 400 thread count! I’ve had other Matouk sheets and trusted the brand. Perhaps this is a bad batch, I don’t know. I departed from my Italian sheets to purchase these, but am now regretting it. I gave 2 stars for the service and communication which was great.
